This book is, in my opinion, the leading authoritative textbook dealing with all important aspects legislative drafting. I would readily recommend this book as guidance to all parliamentary drafters. In addition, the book is a very useful guide to modern legal writing, generally. Professor Helen Xanthaki has done a brilliant job in editing and updating this 5th Edition.
