About the Author
Dami Ajayi was born in Nigeria. He studied medicine at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is the co-founder of the international online literary magazine, Saraba. His poems have appeared on MapleTree Literary Supplement, African Writing, Sentinel Nigeria, AnnArbor Review, Sunday Revue, Nigerians Talk and elsewhere. He was nominated as one of the “Eight Nigerian Poets Whose Poems Delight” in 2011. Clinical Blues, his debut collection of poems was shortlisted for the prestigious 2012 International Melita Hume Poetry Prize and longlisted for the Erbacce Poetry Prize in the same year.
